I dont know where you planned on traveling onto the internet fastlane but it seems to me like you took the wrong exit.
never heard of this bug before,
But if you check the PCand exit it you will be outside the office
find chloe on the map give her a ride home, and Ginger will be on the parking lot there
Her quest involves finding the police around the map

Got the same "bug" once while visiting the Girl's locker room. The thing is the exit button is still there but the hud doesn't show up. So in your case you need to click somewhere near the chair in the left lower corner to exit the office.
Pretty sure that's a one time thingy and you are able to exit the office like it was intented for after that.
Btw. big ups for GDS and Bella for this game. Finally being able to play a male prot and actually not being a dick towards Chloe (atleast most of the time :/ ) is something i really hoped for in the game series, cause you know Chloe does deserve a break from all this bs!
Also become a patreon ! It's actually worth being able to have a say regarding the story progression ...

There is a great walkthrough here in the Thread to get through the game.
But basically you start the Pizza-Girl quests by being a annyoing prick towards her while roaming/speaking to her at the college floor (right side than to the left ) until she actually hits you (10 jocks/nerd/style? points needed to progress faster to getting your ass beaten) which opens up a new area that you can access through the week.
After completing the possibilities in the new area you need to date Amy to progress even further with her quest chain.
I alrady started dating amy as in I took her to the fair and got a bj also did her sister but thats as far as I can get with the pizza chick

Well you need to complete the "pop the cherry" event at the ballon stand and have enough combat points to beat her bf (or get your ass kicked by him to unlock further scenes) .. after that you go to the ferris wheel and use the walk down the path option where she is behind the fence talking on the phone or sitting with her bf (depends if you beat her bf or not).
Beside that the other Pizza-Girl unlocks are through Chloe when she got the pizza delivery job and has a high enough slut level...

Interesting ... did you actually get the anal scene (after the bj of course) on the roof at the college while she is talking to her bf on the phone ?
If not you need to ask her about her bf on the roof some more times.

Are there any options towards her while recovering your phone on the roof (you need 10 sneaking and 10 hiding to 'peek on Pizza-Girl's phone')?
Because this gives you the option to either 'offer to make Matt happy' ( needs Pizza-Girl likes you 30) or 'anal ain't cheating' (need Pizza-Girl likes you 35 and talked with Pizza-Girl about cheating)
