Right now I'm tracking a handful of games with excessive development times...yet I don't worry about these things anymore.
The reason I don't worry is I don't donate a dime until the game is complete. I've been burned too many times by abandonware or excessively slow development times. If I like it upon completion, I'll donate $50-100 depending upon the amount of content and quality. Not before.
Definitely lowered my blood pressure and my monthly patreon bill.

Not to be a dick, but you might want to look at the social climate and gauge the situation. The vast majority of people aren't looking to fund something that you've actively been ignoring in favor of other projects for apparently more than 18 months. On top of that, a look at your own update history has shown you've become more and more inconsistent in providing the content you're being paid to deliver. Even deleting the old update history of this game, presumably to hide how little effort you've actively been putting into it for a very long time now. Your own site shows you went from monthly updates to something averaging out as bimonthly updates, with a long list of updates for other games going back years, but only showing one single update for this game - this update.
Bella's own situation shows how shortsighted the minds behind the project are. She's no longer going to produce pictures for the games bc some people make millions on OF. The only people making money on OF are doing so bc people know who they are. That reason can be as simple as being the most attractive or most active member of a given kink community. This leads to their content being shared the most frequently, which serves as the best form of advertisement. The content you deliver today has zero value a week later. So in the eyes of people such as myself, who only very recently stumbled on your and Bella's work, if you aren't actively providing consistent content then you are actively disincentivizing me giving you any money. OF is a gated community where you have no idea what you're paying for outside of word of mouth or that persons work elsewhere. So if she isn't intelligent enough to use these games to drive people to her own OF page, she's being an idiot who is actively killing her own growth potential.
In Bella's case, if her pictures aren't showing up in the games, then I have zero reason to believe she's any more active elsewhere. In your case, you're refusing to release content until you get money for a service you have utterly failed to provide. You may or may not have valid reasons for that, to the consumer that doesn't matter. We aren't friends, we're not family, the exchange of goods and services has to bring value to both parties and you've consistently failed to provide that value to many.
Again, as someone who only just days ago found this site let alone your games, it appears to me that you overinvested into the oversaturated Asian kink content with big initial gains at the expense of your existing fanbase. That existing fanbase dried up as they realized they were funding content that wasn't what they were paying for. Now you're demanding money under the claim you will FINALLY start to provide that content again and people actively SHOULD NOT believe you. You have given them every reason not to have any trust in you and as the consumer. It's not our responsibility to build that bridge. It's yours. And it's a simple fix - make the content people want to see consistently. You can dive into every fetish you want, but you can't hyperfocus on them when that is not the content that brought you the success you have achieved.

I don't do monthly patreon support and haven't for years. I will do one-time donations upon completion of games...which I have for at least 2 of your games. When this game is finished, I'll kick another $50-100 to your patreon.
My policy on Patreon isn't an indictment on you per se, it's more the reality. The bottom line is that there are tons of games that have been in development for 5-10 years which are nowhere near complete. Many of those will end up being abandonware. Paying $60+ annually for an unfinished product many of which turn into abandonware? Yeah, that's not a good investment.
