After you allow the app to run, you still need to remove it from quarantine with:
sudo xattr -r -d com.apple.quarantine Chloe18Vacation.app

you need to be in the directory where the .app file is, supposedly Applications

"Chloe18Vacation.app" is the name of the app. Change that if you've renamed the app. Also, you have to be in the directory with the app, or give the path to the app.

I am having the same problems as a few others seem to have. I can't get the location for the DVD. I have friendship 7,7,10 now and all I get is to check Internet or some place with magazines and DVD's. I assume it's the beardy Kiosk owner that has them. But all I get from him his random talk and I can buy a strange looking candy.

Wear the normal outfit not the summerdress when you go to the Kiosk at 10am. Do it only if you have a few hundreds of money.

You could always put the “all actors are of legal age”, like porno’s do at the beginning of the sex scene. That way you can drive home the point that she is pretending to be underage and maybe get approval?
Because it sounds like a good story branch to have and then maybe add a photo shoot for an A+ Angel’s magazine?
In some Countries like Germany (!) and Australia it's forbidden to pretend to be underage. Have you tried playing the PC version with Wine Staging. Honestly, that works better than the Mac version for a lot of games on this site
