It's been discussed here before, but the story so far has been grounded, rational and self-consistent. That sort of harem nonsense should be some sort of non-cannon bonus scene. Otherwise, it would ruin individual character development for a few seconds of porn, and this game deserves better than that.
I haven't really thought much about it yet, if you're hoping to see some preggo sex, then that probably won't be until there's either an ending or a chance encounter with someone who's carrying. We shall see~

I really don't like her personality it annoys me, she has a great arse though. The fact that we have already met three of her Exes already really makes me not interested in her, though since they are all women most people won't care and I assume it's mainly a way to set up possible threesomes for people that want it.
I get it, I knew she wouldn't be everyone's cup of tea but it's by design. She isn't in a relationship with the mc, it's purely casual, think friends with benefits. The reason you'll see more of her is because she is your partner, not your girlfriend. Later down the line circumstances change, and as I said before your choices determine who you spend time with.

I can't imagine the culture shock they'll experience when they finally decide to take to a step outside, but that's a discussion for another venue

As someone with dark skin, I find myself enjoying playing a different kind of MC that isn't acting like a GTA parody for once. (not that things like MC skin color should affect how much you can relate to a character in a porn game imo kinda says a lot about you that you felt the comment was necessary)

I just wanted to comment on this cause I mostly agree with the premisse, sadly we don't have a tag for relationship types but we could have open-relationships or polyamory and those would be realistic ways to make a "harem" by the definitions of this site.
