I actually chose her for my first LI, only a few chapters into the game. But I wished (when it finally came time to decide for good) that Abby and/or Chandra were available, which they were not.
So yeah, I agree she's totally hot. But for me, Abby was the hottest, and an Abby/Chandra ending (even if small) would have been far far better for me.
Personal preference, though it seems our tastes somewhat align. Still - there's enough public feedback on it to mention it was a mistake not to have a Chandra/Abby ending. I think most agree.
I think it is funny that people waited for 1 year for this ending, and the end is so basic. First, many people has no ending and the excuse is that they were not LIs, but through the whole game they were important and they were even the first characters you interacted with. Second the animations are the same from the start to the end. There is no variation. If someone has good eyes they will notice that only the character changes but the animation is the same. So for the ending he didn't actually create anything new. From the LNs I have seen completed, this was one with the most disappointing to bad made that I have seen. But obviously, if one express their opinion like this, there are people who will hate.
I understand a few developers such as DPC take a year on something because he actually brings something new. New animations, new face expressions, movie like stuff, mini games, actual choices that will actually change something. but this one was a normal chapter, taken as ending but, there was nothing new to it.
