It's the VR scene in Ep1, you could optionally have the VR girl be a futa. Outside that there hasn't been futas, at least none to my knowledge, don't know if there will be either, need to ask Philly that

If you pick the futa at the start it will unlock stuff later down the road. Otherwise its futa free, and you would have no idea it even existed.

So basically, what I did was maximize Victorias Score but avoided a sexual relationship with her (you can use the walkthrough for pt 3 to help). At the end when you break into her apartment and you two fight, she kisses you and you have the option to start a sexual relationship.

I think that last scene was the hottest in the game so far . Well, except for my beloved Chandra scenes of course.

EDIT: It was just pointed out that At 5 score and 0 lust she won't do anal in that scene, but with 4 score and 2 lust she will.
