Hey, based on the Qleaf's and Zoey Raven's walkthrough, how to get the 'Knock Path' and [scene 12] in Victoria's apartment??

Use the other walkthrough. Visually it isn't as attractive but it's much more detailed.
Also, that question has been answered 100 times in this thread already.

It's clearly explained in the WT. Qleaf did that part, I've gone through both paths myself. He lays it out pretty simply, not sure I can add much more.
