From what I recall, completing some of the quests raises your MAX energy. I forgot which ones though :/

The sisters and rangers questlines both give you a 50 energy increase.

Do the other quests and you get a boost in energy and hunger, however there are only two quests I ran into that you can get boosts from. I know you can get 2 boosts, I think once you complete or get so far into the Rangers Quests you can get one of the boosts.

You'd have to go on their disqus page and ask, it was on the Patron page but everything related to Claire's Quest and OG is getting removed. The OP should be changed to include the Disqus page, since this is where updates for their 2 games will be found.

Hey guys, I think I found a bug and I don't know how to fix it. I was doing the Forgotten Knowledge quest and I got to the point where I have to drink the Black-Blood Potion. After I made it I went to the inventory to use it but didn't know that it would slowly kill Claire so I didn't use it. The problem is that it has disappeared from my inventory and I'm stuck in the cave with no idea on what to do. Is there any way to fix it? Any help appreciated.

The game was revamped, it took a while to get it all done, but everyhing is back to where it was prior the old and last version 0.15.X. From everything said the dev the focus will be on quests and adding more monsters. I'm not sure how much more content that will be, with the revamp a few new side quests and event quests were added with the overhaul out of the way, so we will have to wait to see the extent of content with another update. I would also think (if everything stays running smooth) the updates should be back to monthly. But then again with Patron out of the picture I'm not sure how much funding will be given towards the game, there are a few other funding sites out there I hope the dev is or has explored those.

The possessed boy, the gypsy youth and the under city kids.
Possessed Boy is in Chemont (Valos) there's an abandon house with his older brother standing outside, just talk the older brother to trigger the CG scene, and there's a quest with it to rid the house of the demon possessing the young man.
Under City, you have to walk thru the Under City to find these two boys, there standing at a hole in the wall.
The Gypsy CG scene is part of the Alchemist quest... In order to get this quest you have to help the exiled writer, who sits in a worn down house in Valos, (from the library, go south--south east it has a black roof, there's a old woman near the house)
He will ask you to search for a fellow scholar in Rathpike. GO to the Gypsy camp in Rathpike, once you save the Alchemist she will ask you to help her out (back at the camp). There are 2 cg sets, one without the boys taking advantage of them, and one with them taking advantage of the 2 girls. You have to have a low defiance to trigger the shota scene!
Correction Thanks to Tsugumi YOu need low Intrigue (10 or less) to trigger the shota scene with the Alchemost in the Rathpike Gypsy Camp!

Re-4Andrew tuShua small correction: to trigger the shota scene with the gypsy alchemist you need low Intrigue (<10), not Defiance.
Also, note for 0.18.4: don't "activate" the Black-Blood Potion until you actually intend to use it because it seems to be bugged as selecting "Don't Consume Yet" removes the potion from inventory anyway.

Depending on how far you managed to get away from the Spider Queen, I made it across the bridge and she wasn't behind me. I would wait until your right at the bridge before taking the potion. Gives you ample time to run into the Spider Queen without coming close to Claire getting poisoned!

Re-4Andrew That's precisely how my playthrough went. Since it was my first time playing the game, I expected Nachali to slowly keep following me throughout the map (similar to how [most] random monsters outside towns keep moving in your general direction even before spotting you) so I didn't know when I'd be encountering her on my way back after making the potion. Didn't see her, crossed the bridge, wanted to use the potion there, but still no sign of her, so I hit "Don't Consume Yet"...bye-bye potion. Two tiles later Nachali spotted me Reloaded, used the potion at the first turn after the bridge, encountered Nachali, went up till the next turn and didn't take any damage from the potion, which made me realize how big of a safety threshold it had.

When I checked my stats Claire was half dead! That was just before Nachali was going to pounce on me. I went through this a couple times, the first time I couldn't find her when I got across the bridge and I was taking a few steps here and there trying to spot her before taking the potion but she was to quick before I could bring up the menu. The second time I used the potion on the bridge hoping I would have enough time to encounter Nachali without dying.
