Ok i completed the let them eat fruit quest.
i got new quest added, but nothing showed up in the quest log, im gathering its the chemont curse one. So what did i miss?

Primarily actual content, there is bad ending but it represent probably less than 1% of the adult content, there is a lack of main story tough. The current gameplay is mainly side quest for now.

In Outer Valos, there should be a vendor for wildflowers. It used to be a gypsy girl, but if you saved the guy in the prologue, he'll sell them nearby the east exit.
