Okay, Is there still only one-way, to acquire the Lactation trait/fetish/kink ? (via, A.I.M. Labs) ?

Posing just adds to your femininity buff, which accumulates until you have 10+ buff and you sleep, which then increases femininity score by +1 and resets the fem buff to zero. Femininity score is your mental outlook on being feminine, and has no effect on looking female. It just affects what clothes you're comfortable wearing and what shops you're comfortable shopping in. Brushing hair affects your "hot score" (Beauty score in the game), as does what clothes you wear and makeup. Skin cream adds to a buff that affects your hot score, as does what clothes you wear.

Shaving armpits has zero effect on whether you appear male or female.

The single biggest thing that affects whether you appear female is you must wear feminine clothes (that have a pink border around the image). Your hot score also needs to be 4+ (maybe 3+, I forget). If you get offered a promotion to waitress at Hooters then you look feminine enough to not be bothered by the desk creep.

I thought so, that more feminine clothes would have the effect.
Unfortunately the only feminine outfit I had is the leggings-outfit you can get at the donation pile.
And wearing this (plus heels) didn't make my character look more female.

Fortunately I went to the market and met the magician who gave me the "All dolled up"-Trait,
which enables me to wear makeup.

Now, at least with the Leggings-Outfit plus wearing makeup, I pass as a woman

As I said, it seems like it has become more difficult than before to pass as a woman

Seems like hair length also plays a huge role for passing as female.

Julia gave me a magic wig that increases my hair length and now I pass as a woman even without wearing make up

Some sort of odd bug with the stripper job. Character is fully female, expert at makeup, and the descriptions says she's gorgeous. Wearing feminine clothes, freshly showered, with makup applied and hair brushed, when she shows up to work at the strip joint the manager says something to the effect that the strippers need to look their best and to go get cleaned up. Opening the phone menu and closing it again makes this message go away and you now have the option to start work as a stripper.

Also, used the exercise ball in the gym until I got the message that her hips and ass had gotten bigger, but they actually shrank instead.

You are told the rules... It's a women's shelter / hostel type thing, and are given a limited free stay. You have to wear proper sleepwear. That's it (unless I forgot something else). You can even get sleepwear for free by checking the donation pile if you don't have any.

Why is doing things result in you being "addicted" to them instead of rewarding you? F.e. going to the gym. Eventually you get a trait that makes you have to go to gym every once in a while instead of f.e. making you progress easier in the gym. Not something that is SUPER annoying, but it just doesn't make much sense. Also why are there no antidepressants or coffe that you can buy to have at home so I don't sleep through the whole day when my mood gets low.

If your mood is becoming non-green then it's because you are failing to do the things that are required to keep your mood up (such as not wearing makeup if you have the All Dolled Up trait).

The gym is the only thing that 'rewards' a trait, without any sort of warning, if you never miss a day. It's easy to avoid getting the trait: just miss at least one day of exercise a week. Playing with your breasts repeatedly eventually leads to a warning that there will consequences if you keep doing it. Ignore the warning several more times and you acquire another trait (Pleasure Mounds). You did get ample, repeated, warnings. Do enough yoga and you'll eventually acquire Rubber Joints.

IIRC, go into your phone's contacts in the right side menu. In there you should b e able to block a number to stop them texting you. Not sure how that affect's Melissa, since she's a pre-made character with multiple scenes vs Chloe who is a random generated NPC.

I have a couple ideas for a relic.

The Cursed Cage:
