sorry how does the cheat mod work.
I downloaded the 8.1 ver then extracted the 8.4 blue rubber provided and then placed the cheat mod inside said folder and for some reason whenever i try to load the cheat mod (opening the 8.4qsp and then trying to load with the command inside the phone ingame) it says file not found.

Game needs the expansion to read it, and the cheat file needs to be inside the main game folder, at least that's how I got it to work.
Still not working, a screenshot might help...What exactly needs to go in the 'Load Mods' command box?

The one you got is named "CheatMod.qsp", that's what you need to type in the game.
The command box as you call it requires the cheat file name AND expansion as it is inside your game folder.

The dev completely ghosted/vanished one day a few months ago. Pulled discord, pulled patreon. No info was ever put out.
