Because the animations are done dude. The devs decided the only animations they'd make would be for the player characters, and they've all been finished awhile ago. As far as fappable content is concerned, this game is feature complete.

Are they? What are people paying 18k a month for then? Take the porn away and all you have is a subpar rpg that, of the 6 or so times I've played it always crashed mid combat or soft locked. Now you're telling me these guys are done working on the only thing that's interesting and got them where they are? I didn't think this game could have become an even bigger meme.

lol, I didn't know it was complete. For me it is incredible that there are people who continue to pay for a game "finished" in erotic content. Sorry but I find it hard to assimilate
well kinda sucks, whats there is great but the game is such a chore to play, i mostly use the gallery with the codes.
also the cynically side of me just assuming that the project will expend as long as possible. the game finished that patron money either goes away or drops drastically.

Nobody fucking cares about the rpg side of this shit. Even with breeding season or Breeders of the Nephelym, nobody cares about the actual gameplay. It's infuriating to no end when these porn game devs try to make actual games.

I haven't followed this game in a long time but coming back and seeing it like this makes me even more pissed off about how Breeding Season dev was fucked over for this pile of garbage.

You must be new to the cloud meadow situation drama. Lets just say that this game is barely more than just a scam.
- game's creator was the artist for a previously huge (money-wise) patreon project called Breeding Season
- just a couple years into the game's development (in actuality only a few months into a rework of the game that had actually been finished) the game's artist decides he's going to exploit a perk in his contract that gave him ownership of all the art and pulled all his artwork from the game and gutted the project... basically leaving it dead in the water.
- he then somehow convinces a large number of the patrons for Breeding Season that he left the project because the original designer and programmer of the game was dragging his heels and allowing feature drift to bog down the project (despite the fact that we were always waiting for the art to be finished for the next release, and despite the fact that the original creator had already released a finished version once before they decided to do a revamp including an overhaul of the art).
- so this artist s-purple decides he's going to create a new project and onboard all those displaced Breeding Season supporters to his new game cloud meadow.
- now here we are like 6 years later (probably more than double the time Breeding Season was even being worked on) and we are still at version 0.1.1.2
It's mind-blowing that anyone is still supporting this project, it's painfully obvious that the real bottleneck in Breeding season in its last few months was in fact the artist (considering HIS project is still 5 or 6 years later at a version number suggesting only a little over 10% completion and with updates coming every couple months that leave you scratching your head and wondering if they actually did ANYTHING in those several months). Why is this team getting paid 18,000 dollars a month for a couple hours of work every few months?
Simps are simps. They have low attention span and are very easy to please. Plenty of Devs are abusing them so nothing new here. Did you see rack2? The dude I think isn't even working on the game anymore and he still is racking 18k a month
They seem to be aiming for more of a Rune Factory 4 thing, in that rather than having enormous fields you can do absolutely anything you want with, you have smaller pre-made plots and you can use monsters as farm hands to semi-automate things as well as improve them, get produce from them, and take them with you on dungeon runs.
That said it's not developed to the point that RF4 was either. But I would say it's way more like that than Stardew.

Well the scammed people who keep supporting this thing clearly has the money to spend, they just don't know where to spend it, so instead of telling them to stop i tried to "redirect" the flow.
