Renders looks quite good but i cant see animated tag so sex scenes are not animated? They are only pictured?

We weren't going to be such a grinding on the initial design. At least 10 weeks later, you had two characters and considered 20 to 30 weeks to watch all of Kate's scenes.
After reading all the comments, many people don't know the need to use the persuasion to raise the level, and that the persuasion-driven event ( in this version, the event in which Kate is cleaning the bar)unlocks persuasion. This is an obvious design mistake and we are working on fix this problem.

the problem is...that for 51 turns (so far) Kate is only chatting(when you zoom in the room)...and the second girl never appear...at all..

That's right. If you want Kate to work elsewhere, you have to persuade her to be a higher tier. The structure of the game now is that if Kate's speech skills are at level 2 or higher, the preceding scenes played and you can go out on the town map and persuade her for make her level 2. Then, when Kate reaches level 2, the first meeting event with Emily.
First of all, this fundamental problem of people getting lost must be solved by game design first, but to level up, you must persuade at day off.

i can't do a thing outside(kate-related i mean)...i loaded my save file and Kate's location disappeared

I did the persuade thing for Kate and she built the level 2 private room and said she wasn't at the level to work it. I checked, and she was still level 1, and when I went back to the map, I had no option to persuade.
def, one of the characters remarks how she will become a prostitute. side note, the language at the start is okay but near the end of the playable content the translation to English starts to fall apart; but that is likely to be ironed out as development continues

Do you mind telling me which part of text? For example Kate's story or Emily's story?

Right click for menu is disabled. Rollback is disabled. Kate could be cute but is made a little fat for my tastes. Not like a luscious curvy woman like in some other games, but like a girl who should be skinnier normally but ate too many twinkies. Fine if you're into that, but it's not my thing. From the other reviews I'm seeing here this game sounds like a major grind and I'm wary about even getting into it. I've enabled rollback and the right click save menu as they should have been, so it shouldn't be as painful, but my time is still valuable.
Dev might want to address some of these concerns going forward. (Just the playability ones. They can have all the chunky girls they want.)
UPDATE: Been playing for like an hour... got one more employee, who is better looking, but really nothing else going on yet... the grind is real... but I'm not too upset about it yet.

Well, if they can fix the progression to actually work this could be a decent game. I like the fact that the first girl you can convince to work in your barely functioning bar isn't magically a supermodel.

Not entirely sure where the end point is, but just a couple things:
1) Upon completing Emily's persuasion to get her to level 2, I still had theoption to persuade her (which I did) despite it definitely registering as complete before (she was already working in the private room).
2) I completed Kate's persuasion (which said she could work in a room up to tier 3), but after building the tier 3 room it said that she was not at that level yet?
Otherwise I don't mind the premise, just maybe a slight bit grindy. Add a few more girls and iron out some of the kinks though and it's not bad.
