Just progress the main story, so follow the hints for your character in the Journal.
Not sure how much of a love interest, but I'm wanting to give her some more attention for sure.
It might be that you have only one slot right now? When you unlock the research system via Serena, you can research new teacher slots.
Hmm, as for Natalie, if I recall correctly, if you let the guy walk in on her showering again, you should be able to give her full permission. I didn't test it for myself right now, but I _think_ that's how it should work. Anna might be missing a similar system though...

Olivia's model/figure is a total nightmare tbh. I think I'll need to do a whole rework/redesign for her to save my sanity. Her textures/normal maps are fucked up and for some reason just for her model, all the clothes seem to cling too close to her skin and her skin clips through way too oftenThanks for replying

I hope you don't change her too much. I kind of like her tiny appearance and childish attitude, and I kind of like that she need something to step on to reach the gloryhole. It doesn't happen if she's not horny enough. And you have to have a bit of a voyeur streak in you, so you can catch them. Essentially, voyeur stat needs to be over 25.

I agree that at least early renders of Hermione looked a bit...off. I think the newest ones are better, but the model/face/hair might not be the best combo. As for Olivia, yeah, I'll be reworking her in the future, but I haven't yet decided what she'll ultimately look like. I want her to be smaller than the rest, but maybe the current state is a bit excessive
