That has happened to me before. Not sure what playthrough you're doing but when I alt+F4 and continued the game a couple of times it worked. It might have to do something with how well you do on the foreplay.
Also noting another bug I noticed with the playthroughs where you help Kyoko take out Andrea, If you chose to help Kyoko for her scene you can also ring into the office after to turn in the recording yourself for the Lucy scene too assuming you have the required standing with her.
My review of the game will be put in simple words, It's alright. Renders are nice and the dialogue is written well enough for light chuckles. It's a porn game, I didn't expect much.
Now regarding the achievements, has anyone cared to figure out the "I Did It For Science!" achievement? My completionist is kicking in and it's one thats bothering me the most. I've ran through the game with each playthrough at least 2 times. I'm able to Flawless all minigames if I care to. I've even ran through using almost all the completely negative dialogue options and flopping all minigame encounters with all characters at the same time and cant figure out what the hell triggers it. If its something simple I'm missing I am throwing my monitor.
