I will take a look, but quick menu not defined seems to me a bit like missing files.Ok, after a few months, I'm back on my home system, and... well, seems I get a weird save again.
Save icon showed the city overview, loading it showed Lily in her office for a second, then I was in the cinema, about to start work there.Trying to immediately load the save again resulted in the below traceback.
Actually doing the work, it turns out the in-game date is wednesday 3 of summer, 1 day earlier than the last save, which was right after the event with stacy and abigail.Code:I'm sorry, but an uncaught exception occurred. I'll check if there's any further weirdnesses.
You should never ever copy an update into the existing installation's folder unless a developer specifically states that you should. You will otherwise risk ending up with file conflicts between versions. For example, what if a developer decides certain files are no longer needed and so deletes them entirely for the coming version? If you still have the old file, code that no longer works properly could be getting executed and cause serious problems in your game.Windows 10.
I copied into the existing folder in the past, so my first assumption would be that I have too many files, but of course it's possible there's something lost. I had an assumption that the issue wouldn't be the save itself, given that that still shows the correct picture.
Though the problem last time, prior to the self-upgrade and losing me an hour of gameplay, was a version or two earlier, so whatever it is seems to persist.
I'll just do a clean copy on the next version and hope for the best.

If you really want a consistent location for the game, you might consider copying a new version into a parent folder, so that you still have the same basic location of the file. Something like this could work:

Just don't copy the newest into the folder where the oldest also resides.
Please send me a fileNice game, but with saves not working, it's really turning into fast forward grind *sigh*
All my saves load into Tiffanys flower dress shopping.
despiteful Here is one example save file. It should load into the night club, but it does notPlease send me a file
Haven’t heard that one yet.
despiteful Here is one example save file. It should load into the night club, but it does not
I managed to fix it, just by playing again from a save before the clothing shop event.
So I asume must have broken it, by scolling back to the choice during the dress purchase with Tiffany.
Anyways, great game. Defenitly one of the best grinds i encountered so far
@ ALL: please do not use this save
okay i guess i have to put a rollback block at the loading labelAh, yes, seems like the same thing I've been having. Maybe it indeed has something to do with rollbacks?
People are actually trying to roll back when the text reads, "LOADED"? Strange.okay i guess i have to put a rollback block at the loading label
Lets hope that fixes it for the future !
No idea, but I heard of a similar issue, but i didn’t think it would effect me since I handle variable updating differently than that person.People are actually trying to roll back when the text reads, "LOADED"? Strange.
The Pool Club is located in the Uptown district, something new that is revealed as you're finishing Lily's final quests. It's also required for some of Tiffany's later content, so for her storyline it's important to reveal the district at least, via Lily's quests. So, once you get that far with Lily, the game will tell you that "Uptown is now available" (or something like that). If you then go to Uptown (bottom left on the city map), you'll have a Poolclub as a location within that district (on the left side).Anyone know where this "Poolclub Investigation" is saposed to be located?
