That's literally the premise of this game - that you're an ugly old dude who is also the girl's uncle, so the parents think there is no issue with you living in the same room with the niece, while said uncle instead proves that molestation happens by people who know the victim, not by strangers, more often than not... If you don't like that part perhaps you should be shopping for other games.

Well,
For me its very simple.
If you are asking money from people for your product then you need to deliver.
If you don't deliver, or the amount of content delivered is so minimal then people who are paying for that product have the right to complain.
According to his Patreon he is earning 568 a month, now you can not tell me that the latest update was worth that money.
And in my eyes it's... How more money you make on patreon, how more content you should deliver(because you have more time/resources available).
From a person who makes 100 dollars a month of this i can accept little updates like the last one from Sid Valentine, but not from someone with over 500.
Maybe my standards are to high in this because i'm doing it the total other way with my game., if that's the case then my apology.
But i'm just getting tired of all the half finished games on patreon, the milking, the canceled games because every idiot thinks they can make a game.
Hell, look on this site.
Open up the main page and how many 0.1 through 0.3 do you see?, and how many of those are going to be completed...Not many.
I believe that you should asking money for a finished product, when you really delivered something, not for a crappy update every month.

He literally said "i didn't feel like doing shit but continue supporting me because next month might be better".
I don't think he was actually trying to milk his patrons. But he did admit he barely worked on the game because he didn't feel like it, and still took everyone's money for the month. That is just a scummy thing to do. Some developers hold themselves to a higher standard. And in a situation like that would have used one of patreons methods to not take money for a month they didn't put much work into their game. So he may not be milking his patrons but he is taking them for granted which is just as bad in my book.

Sounds like you just need inspiration. I just downloaded, so these thoughts are a w/o knowing the game context at this point, but:
What about adding a third character, or if the uncle gets ill and the niece has to "nurse" him back to health?
I'll play it through, then come back with some other ideas...

As mentioned, you need the former event (titjob in bath) triggered, guess that happened already. You may need to teach the girl how to blow before. It was always like that I'd say (didn't play last few versions but that's how it worked for me). Scene should trigger during afternoon in bath with enough lewdness, as mentioned.
Can be you need a bit 'handholding' first (do daily routine, repeat doing bjs and stuff) because it won't start immediatly.
Do you, per chance, use an older save for that new playthrough? If a fresh scene doesn't want to come up perhaps this is the reason. Others here getting it can mean it's most probably not a bug, of course something is preventing progress, could be that old save.
Can anybody provide a recent save game which will trigger the scene for sure?? You may test if it works for you too, DR.

I cant seem to progress at all.
Ive seen 3 shower scenes plus mother. Ive done taste test (cum on face, no bj), strip (reluctant to take of panties but does), goodnight kiss, kissing and groping (both with clothes) on bed. Showerscene nothing happens except backwash.
Ive done all the sleeping scenes, masturbation, sleeping titjob and thighsex.

Did you do the "favor" in the bathroom? Try going there and then click on menu, choose chest wash.
Maybe thats whats missing.
