She sees MC talking with a girl and has a bad case of jealousy, however the writer indirectly implies thru another character that she has early onset schizophrenia. How he got to that conclusion is beyond anyone but yes, because a random character says she's a schizo, apparently she is now. I replayed it, and the writer decided all of a sudden to make Summer say random gibberish when she sees another girl talking with MC. Yeah the writing is horrible. I skipped the schizophrenic monologue MC has trying to justify his hatred of Summer because the writer said so. Jesus christ...I haven't played yet but curiosity is killing me. What's her problem?

She has had several hallucinations in previous episodes. It's one of the few things in the game that's not wildly inconsistent.
Better is the writing of crackwhore and big tits when mc is thirdwheeling at big tits birthday "party", once both leave to fuck dev tries to remedy the situation (mostly because some people can view it as NTR) saying that they will only use bigtits asshole, sure sure, you are in a lesbian relationship and will only eat and fuck her asshole.
