ive played many times i dont know if this answers your questions but certain people can be a Lover slave girlfriend and your property.
however there's some who cant unless you play multiple playthroughs on same save.
example ward can be a lover slave and girlfriend but not on same play through.
if you use time cheat its entirely possible to do that.
You will also be able to impregnate and contract everyone possible.
however the downside to using time jump is that certain stuff repeats a lot especial after doing sorrity party. you have several days where when you go to classes cant light anyone just be teacher repeating pregnancy scenes. At least in my case.

anyway kayla and karen can be be both lover and property.

Question, I really like this game but I feel like I reach the end too fast. is there a future update, maybe next month or however the update schedule is that will give us another week or something?

You can subscribe to Patreon for weekly updates, but they're usually a couple events added to an in-game day, with the public release happening when content for that day is complete. Ideally you're supposed to try multiple playthroughs, choosing different options to see different results. Heck, I've played through a few times and I'm still learning about new scenes!
Complete version of the 156a mods attached here and to the pinned post. Adds modifiers for several variables (including minor characters) and DnD stats, as well as bug fixes.
