I think I may be confused. What does the varmod offer that botnet doesn't cover without it? Just an easier button to click rather than managing checkpoints? There might be a reason people stopped updating it.

What benefit is there to doing that when you could just use the cheat for max stats? What variables would you actually want to change that couldn't be handled with max stats and the checkpoints?

But you can do all that with checkpoints just by doing the part of the route that completes it. Hell, I accidentally maxed the assistant book when I was doing my virgin run. Maybe I'm underestimating the time it takes to do all that because I've been mapping my lightless route but you can rapidly blow through the game using the shortcut keys if you're not actually reading the text.
Thanks for this info (and the dev for adding it). That's awesome. I've always gotten frustrated, and usually quit, when there are so many more things in a day than you can do. Then I do things out of order and the story continues assuming I've done things I haven't.

Can you be more specific? I don't think I've had that issue with this game. Other games for sure but G28 has been pretty good about avoiding narrative issues like that.
If you go to your phone and click on Rio's stats you can get the actresses's name. I think you can get them in on both regular and transformed versions without transforming them, but don't quote me on that. I'm not sure about finding credits to that scene, or if you need Google skills way above mine.
Sorry, not specifically. And, maybe I said/remembered wrong. It seemed like the last playthru I should've done more stuff with Karen and Barbaraly's daughter before going to the underground lab with Barbary. And, it may be fixed now, but a few versions ago I didn't go out on the hunt early enough and it had to be done the same night as the sorority party.
So, I think your right that story does account for the order, but I just think I should've done it differently.
I meant no disrespect to the dev. I like this story so much that I play it even though it is not the type of game format I usually play. And, knowing the checkpoint system, I think I'll enjoy it more.
They are probably talking about things like "If you had read more of a certain book" and assuming they missed something. There's no way of seeing everything, even with checkpoints. There are mutually exclusive routes in the game like blackmailing and not, or altering personality which has 3 routes. All use the same variable, that is just how the game works.
No, I get that. I'm talking about "go visit X" or "go visit Y". Once I get to a stable internet connection I'll download the mod and check it out. I've just been playing the web version.
Go do x or y is kind of the point. Choice and consequence. The example give, doing the Titus hunt on Thursday and missing out on the party. The solution here isn't even an x or y thing cause you can do both.
By the way, the online version has checkpoint, just need to play on mopoga or enable cheats in the vanilla game

Some media is inconsistent and uses 'similar' actors. This has always been an issue when using real porn for games as there is often a lack of a specific scene and one has to turn to 'similarity'. The requested scene uses clearly a different actress compared to the rest of the material, so I do understand the question and believe it to be valid.
