You are right that there are many conditions in the game. Are you willing to cheat? Than you can install a mod. There is one in the OP.

I usually fix a lot with URM. It is usual for all renpy games. Takes a little to find out how it works, but than it is magic!

Doesn't seem like UCM is compatiable with CK2. I get an error when loading off that. Honestly I'm at a point where I might just not play this game until a Walkthrough is ever made.

I've found all the variables for the Amber Cum Chalice. Seems you have to steal the DJ's Sunglasses-- except you can't. There's not a single way to steal them. Setting the variable to true also leads to no dialogue. I'm not sure if it's bugs or just shit coding.
