The Multi Mod is Universal so it will work wit that version of the game, in theory.

from what I remember, the first time you meet her, you have to flirt with her, then flirt again at the start of the party. then the key thing is to not get drunk & pass out at the end of the party. You need to be able to help clean up & then she'll approach you while you're cleaning the kitchen.
The M&M game definitely sounds interesting.
Another game, Midlife Crisis, had some similarities (wife of 20+ years. Paths: cheat on wife, wife helps hubby with women and sometimes participates herself, or wife + hubby swinging with other couples). Amazing writing but it was unfortunately abandoned in 2023.
I am somewhat leery of the "Brilliant but arrogant and manipulative protagonist", though.
For me at least I have to like the MC I'm playing as.

Didn't this game have incest before? Or a mod for that? I swear just a bit after this game came out when I first played it, Julia was mom... and possibly a sister or cousin that transferred in? Something along those lines.

Nope. Julia only visits once and a couple of phone calls. And that's basically it. I can't remember if she's a stepmom or just dad's ex that cares of him. But there was no blood connection (unless a mod), and a mod would be a waste of time anyway as there is nothing sexual or romantic between the two at all.

Update before this last one (act1 1.5.12) I did save transfer and everything was transferred fine except Emily variable(s). I was chasing her in act 1 but in act 2 game behaved like I didn't. With this latest update (1.5.15) it's maybe fixed and everything finally works fine.

You can try downloading it using a program like Internet Download Manager, JDownloader, or Free Download Manager. I can download it without any problems.
