I agree, instead of saying "bug free", should say 10.1.1, because that extra .1 is normally as much bug free as it normally gets before he works on the mod.

And you have your answer, it is obvious that every walkthrough mod always needs to be updated when a new version of the game is released and if you use the old version of a mod in a new version of the game then don't be surprised if you get some errors and don't even have access to the new content added in the latest version of the game.
