I am really looking forward to seeing where this story goes. I really like what little is here, and while I think that having a path with Luna could add to the taboo breaking elements of the story, it's up to the developer to add or take away from their story. Either way, this game is on my radar, and I hope the dev opens a subscribestar so I can support it!

I guess I should say my piece since this caught my eye the other weekend.
I gave this a go and I gotta say, I dig it. The premise is original enough and different from the umpteenth "married couple but the woman becomes a drooling moron because big penis" game (and don't get me wrong, those ones can be fun too but man there's like at least one too many), and the use of essentially two different main perspectives actually is pretty titillating.
I don't necessarily associate with the male MC but at the same time making choices as the female MC that ultimately hamper the odds of a happy, satisfying, loyal relationship forming between the two is pretty fun. I'm ambivalent about the whole incest issue since that's another premise I could do without at this point, sucks that Patreon are a bag of dicks but what can ya do. The characters are surprisingly nuanced and their interactions are very fun but also believable enough that I'm confident even a different take on the family characters will be worth reading too.

Sorry I haven't been very chatty lately, I've just been busy. I'll update everyone with a Dev Blog soon. Spoilers for the blog: I'm really excited to share what I've been working on. - A good sign. Dev Blog 25/03/24
To start things off, the game development is going great! I've completely finished the script for the next chapter. Well... no, it IS "finished", I just thought of a new couple lines to add last night, so there ARE still some additions I'll be slapping in there. As it stands right now, the next chapter is going to be nearly as long as the first 2 chapters combined! Most probably more with the additions. I'm doubling the game size! I'm excited about it. Though honestly I'm way more excited about Chapter 4 than I am about 3. Chapter 4 is going to be the end of the first act of the first year, so things will really be kicking off then. But enough about Chapter 4. lol! Chapter 3 is Adam's POV again, and we get a lot of background on some of the characters. Major insights on why Luna hates Morgan so much, a bit about Jason's motivations along with some troubles that he's having with Stephanie, and a large dash of Adam's confusion and trying to make sense of everyone around him lying and keeping secrets... oh, and more than a few pretty sexy scenes coming up too if I do say so myself. I'm excited to share.
What I'm NOT excited about is the damn assets! lol! There's a scene I have designed in my head and I am struggling to create it. I swear I've seen an asset in the Daz shop that would fit close enough to my vision, but I can't find it anymore. Oh well. I'll figure something out. There's also 2 new characters I need to make for some later scenes, but I still haven't made them. 1 is a throwaway, just a male Professor who doesn't really matter that much with what he looks like, only kinda. But I also have a female Professor who will matter who I want to make look good. It'll probably only take me less than an hour to actually create, I just have been procrastinating it. I've really just been focused on writing lately. I've just been having so much fun writing that everything else just kinda gets pushed to the back. But with the writing all done it's time to get them all done.
Onto the bad news - Everyone will need to start a new save file for the next release. I promise this should be the last time something like this is going to happen. I had to rewrite a chunk of the first 2 chapters and redo some of the code, so things might break if you don't. I'm really sorry about that. There was no way to know that Patreon would crack down as hard as they did on fantasy incest and rape, but here we are. I'm not blaming them, rules are rules, I just wish those rules were different when it came to fiction. Oh well.
I know a lot of people are interested in the whole Patreon drama, so I'll share a little about that. Patreon recently got their shit together and specified their rules. Which is a really awesome thing! Because it felt like it was up to the staff member's discretion who was looking into each game to interpret the rules how they saw fit. That's why we got a lot of "a childhood friend is too close to a brother/sister relationship, therefore it's banned for incest" kinds of rulings, then games where incest is blatantly obvious getting a pass. (I don't know of any specifics in those examples, they were just an examples of the types of rulings I have read about.) But now we have slightly more specific rules to follow, and that's great news. Too bad I've already changed each of the characters in the new chapter, making it more work to change them back than it is to move forward with the new changes. Also, the changes bring more options for these characters! So it's not all bad. I am still in the waiting for my SubscribeStar page, but it's no longer as pressing of an issue as it felt like a couple of months ago.
Also, I'm really sorry about being so silent for the past month or so. For 1, I've just been working and focusing on that. I know being a dev means I need to be more than "just a developer", it means I need to engage and reply. That part I need to get better at. And for 2, season changes always bring the worst migraines for me. I've had more than a few of those the past couple of weeks, and those always make me feel less chatty. I have messages I have been meaning to reply to, they've just gotten away from me. Really sorry about that, I haven't forgotten about you. And I haven't quit. I'm having WAY too much fun with this! And I have BIG plans for my 2nd game when this is all finished! Even some grand ideas for a 3rd and 4th games! I'm not a dev who plans to keep a game running for as long as possible and only stopping when I run out of ideas. Nope. I'm not going anywhere!
Concerning the poll on who people want to see more of - I'm surprised at the results! I knew Morgan and Luna would take the top spots. Kirsten I figured would also be up there, I have plenty of plans for her. But I'm genuinely surprised about Jessica! I thought Stephanie and Megan would get more than they did, but oh well. I guess I'll need to plan some more Jessica scenes then! Oh, I've already got some amazing ideas brewing! Oh my God, ladies and gentlemen, we're going to have some fun!
Well, that's about it. I'm making fantastic progress Chapter 3, it's going to be (comparatively) huge, and Chapter 4 is going to be even better. Asset stores suck, I'm going to need to come up with something in Blender. And I'm off to do some more renders. As soon as I have a better idea on the release I'll be sure to let you all know. Like everyone else, I'm keeping my fingers crossed for the future development of this game. And like many other titles, I will be following this one with great interest. Especially NTR and taboo content in general always works for me. I just love the stories behind it and the variety of sex partners. It's just boring if you just see the same things over and over again
But when I read your plans for content like rape and incest, then the idea to make it work an Patreon, I could only shake my head. First of all, Patreons didn't just exist from yesterday. And the strict rules there regarding such delicate content have been known for a long time. I know many developers who have fallen flat on their faces with this. Most people has been forced to change their games so much that in the end there was hardly anything left of what made the game special and interesting in the first place.
The same thing is also known from Steam, where many developers have recently been trying to publish their games. In addition, Steam almost always blocks games with erotic content in many countries around the world, including Germany. And that's true when certain words are used in the game that don't pass through the filter. Well, I'm sorry. But publishing non-vanilla erotic games on Patreon or Steam is generally a rather stupid idea.
Again: good luck with the game. I'm looking forward to it. And I completely understand your desire to make money with the game and reach as wide an audience as possible. You have my blessing for that. But in orter to do this, based on past experiences, I have to advise against the Patreon and Steam platform. You have to do a lot of trickery to get it done there

Thanks! And I agree completely. I never initially planned on releasing the game on Steam. Just Patreon and eventually maybe Itch.io or something like that. But I'll probably try now that everything SUPER controversial is being removed. And thankfully I don't live in a super restrictive country. But future plans on releases were all just pipe dreams and fantasies. Sure I'd love to release on every platform and marketplace, who wouldn't? But will I? I guess we'll see. Rules change and maybe one day the religions will win and ALL porn will be banned! For the incest, I wanted it to be an option if someone REALLY wanted to incest patch it, then more power to them. I even made it easy to modify the code. But it was never going to be a major plot point either way. Just a few scenes here and there between characters that "could be" related. For example, Morgan blows Diego for a favor. Luna accidentally blows Adam at a costume party. Nothing really beyond that, just sprinkles of it for fun. The story is and was always planned to be about the whole Adam-Morgan-Jason-Stephanie clusterfuck.
As for the rape, that's a more broad term now. I was never planning on adding in violent forced sex, even in a game I personally find that disgusting. But now blackmail is rape. Technically in the real world, yes. But NTR without some form of blackmail? Sure? It was never going to be anything major, but scenes like Aaron blackmailing Morgan and Stephanie were planned. Now he has to rely on his charm I guess. Sex while drunk/drugged is rape. Yes, in the real world it can be, but how many games involve drugging a girl with an aphrodisiac for example? I was never going to have any of that, maybe just some drunken hookups here and there. It IS college after all. But no longer. Sleep sex is rape. Without planned prior consent yes it very much is. I was planning on having one scene with Jason and Morgan, but now that's out. No huge loss, though, she'll just have to be awake for it now.
I just covered probably 75% of the games on this site in that last paragraph!
I read the Patreon rules and did my research before starting, and HUGE games where incest or "rape" is the entire point were and ARE still thriving on Patreon with only a rename function or an incest patch as the barrier. I planned on doing the same because it felt like unenforced rules, like how pirating a sex game is technically wrong but we all do it anyway.
But they tightened their rules because of credit card companies and change.org petitions, so that stuff is no longer (supposedly) allowed. Point is, my vision isn't compromised, it's only gotten better with the change. (I hope.)

Most developers I know have gotten used to this trick: at the beginning of their game, before it really starts, all of the relevant in-game characters are introduced. And we can determine their relationship each other by usself. Certain standards are then specified. For example the mom: the stepmom or the landlady; sister: child friend or best friend. And then you can use the keyboard to choose whether you want it to be. And this trick seems to be working. This way no patch is needed.
NTR depends on which definition you specifically use there. Both the forum definition and the definition of the individual players here differ. The real, classic NTR, i.e. netori, netorare, also works without blackmail. Essentially, these are just people in a relationship in which cheating takes place for a variety of reasons, which in turn has an negative influence on the original relationship. Story-wise, you can build this in a variety of ways.
But no matter how you do it: try to stay true to yourself, don't let yourself be talked into anything, don't let anyone talk you out of anything. The best games come from people who love what they do there and put their heart and soul into the game. The fans then come on their own

Seems to be contradictory to me, because you know: Aaron blackmailing the two girls sounds interesting and depending on how you pull it off, can lead to quite exciting stories and relationships, whereas a jock who uses his "charms" to seduce the girls is just boring, cliche and what happens in hundred other games. It's certainly not the same.
I really advise anyone who wants to make a good game against using Patreon, because of shit like that; Patreon just ruins any artistic creativity that deviates from a "correct", "legal" and "lawful" story. And especially in a porn game I'm interested in fantasies and not in the way things work in real life.
I can't speak to incest since I've no interest but many do, so do whatever you see fit working within the bounds of patreon.
Re drugs, I (and I'd trust patreon) differentiate between just some drunken hookup where a guy and a girl get drunk together then want to bang - and an event where the guy goes into it specifically with the goal of getting a girl drunk so he can fuck her.
To me, the extreme prevalence of sleep rape/drugging/blackmail whatevermayhaveyou, particularly in the context of ntr scenarios in games is a symptom of lazy writing. It's much shorter for devs to write "the archetypical bully drugs the gf and bangs her" vs a believable narrative on how he seduces her. I find the latter is hotter.
Having said that, my interest in games like this mostly comes from the amicable swinging angle, which needn't any negative impetus like drugs or blackmail - more a theme of "Hey we're all friends and having a good time, lets try something new" - so I eagerly hope there's something along these lines.
