Every 5-6 months Minimum and that's not a joke.

In discord, he estimated about 3/4 month per update nothing concrete, based on this the next update could take 2/3 month or 1 month if didn't mess up his schedule again.

There's quite a lot in this game, barefoot renders in a lot of scenes and foot fetish scenes with (at least) two of the characters.

this game used to be updated every week or two, so this "delay" really is unexpected.
it is no surprise people asking "when update", "still no update" and such....
hopefully dev will be back on track and publish a new version soon enough (September/October).
