In a perfect world sure, but as it is all it needs are regular updates, the game is pretty awesome the way it is and if he tried to add animations or cinematics then i will not even try to guess how long would we have to wait for updates.

nope, the first part of ep3 could be expected no sooner than 2025, and the second part in 2034.
the good thing it will feature 32k renders in full VR,...a whole game (ie 0.35v) will be fully remastered to 64K VR in 2042 if everything goes without unplanned delays.
