Ok, cool. Once you are done with Maruyama's challenge, the Chapter, and the Teacher Tasks it's pretty much it.
Still not clear where the dumpster came from, unless its mentioned in text somewhere.

It's unlocked by default but to actually do the event you need to do several things. Talk to Tachibana in the nurse's office to raise Techi's anal level to 3 and complete a quest from the teacher's staff room to recieve a butt plug. Walk around a bit with the plug and when she says she's gotten used to it go back to the ass guy.

No he's located outside the school building on the far right of the map and has black hair and has a title over his head that says 'The Ass Man'.
