No. Illusion - and now IllGames (spiritual/staff successor once Illusion shut down) - are effectively sandbox, harem-like games with minimal plot. I've seen a few recommend Artificial Academy 2 with mods for role play, but it's not worth the hassle.
Kiss, while also being a sandbox, has a more fleshed out story and some optional NTR or NTS content, but I wouldn't strictly recommend it for netorase.

And yes, like others have said, those are merely engines for producing images. Most AVNs have two variables in their production; what they use to create images, and what they use to tie that all together and display dialogue on the screen.
Daz and honey select are common for image creation, renpy or unity, or html are common for the actual game engine. There are many combinations of these two, they dont need to exist together.
For me, both daz and HS can be extremely variable based on the production skill of the dev. Some HS games look like cheap comic books, then others -like pale carnations look great. Same with Daz, you have the BaDiks that feel full of life, then the mitzl games with a bunch of expressionless characters standing in a box-room.

I don't know much about Koikatsu but HS is used mostly to do art for AVNs like DAZ is used. It's not realistic like DAZ but I've played some very good games made with it.

Forgot to mention, but Illusion games with mods are pretty fun in female character mode until the novelty runs out, so I recommend trying for that alone. You can easily find large repacks from ScrewThisNoise at certain websites.

As for netorase content, I think it's only with your black " friend "(well, depending on the route at least). The dev has a lot of nts works so netorase shouldn't be sidelined. Personally, I'm not a big fan of sharing games with big black guys that are obviously superior to mc but maybe someone here will like it.

The first scene is forced ntr but then its full on ntrs.
You can choose which scenes you want.
Some guys have more ntr feels so if you dont want them, just don't do their events.
It's still good ntrs game tho.
Yes, there is a path that MC enjoys seeing his wife.

enough, by far my favorite NTS, and specially sandbox type netorase.The creator nailed it with the premise, basically you go around doing NTS with the heroine, and can select from multiple questlines/paths with different endings, but also sharing her with any dude, or you can just leave her be a find her doing different stuff with different people, or look at her "secret account". There are many parts when the MC watches or even becomes part of the action, and starts to flirt with the heroine, pretty much everything is lighthearted and consensual, and ALMOST never devolves into NTR or compulsion.
I say almost because sadly there is a specific path that devolves into stockholm NTR/NTS, that feels very out of place because how it differs from the general tone of the game and the personality of the heroine, i would honestly recommend skipping it if it wasn't required to unlock the true ending (which is actually way more wholesome), other than that and the general bugginess of the game (the screenshot above shouldn't have the heroine sprite on it) i couldn't really find any major faults that made the game a bad NTS game.
The game is not by any means perfect but again i think when it comes to being a full NTS focused game with freedom of doing whatever, it has the best formula, seconded by Mijishi, in fact i would say this game refined Mijishi formula by a lot.
