This one is visual novel there's no gameplay elements however you do have choices to make, the endings are quite good and the 2 Heroines are top notch especially the the black haired one.

This one isn't exactly reverse ntr, but there's a little bit of hint in some scenes. Basically there's 3 main Heroines here (honestly all of them suck imo) and the villainous Heroines (all of them are S+) are fighting them to kidnap the protagonist, each time you lose you'll be reverse raped by the villainous who defeated you, and if you lose three times to one of the Villainous you will end up with her (you have to lose 3 times against her if you win the first time for example and lost the remaining times you get a "bad ending", the 3rd time is the most crucial if you win in it, it doesn't matter if you lose the first and second time, and if you lose in it, you get the ending whether you end up with the villainous or the the bad ending)
The gameplay is meh tbh, but the art is gorgeous and the villainous Heroines are great

This one has a side route where the Heroine yandere little sister get mad at you for dating her precious big sister so she decided to sleep with you in order not to get your fangs on her sister, it's mostly a joke route and it's not that long in the game but it's so funny I just decided to put the game here anyway XD

Unfortunately, none of them does have any. It's quite bad enough that's this genre is not that popular but there's also no attempts to translate it whatsoever.
As for how I played these and understand most parts, I used the stone age way: take a picture of the text using google translation app.

Básicamente, la ruta del día 4 está limitada a la persona con la que tengas más puntos "seducidos" al final del día 3 (puedes consultar los puntos en tu habitación al final de cada día). Por lo tanto, en tu caso, parece que estás limitado a la ruta Aoi del día 4.

Wow, this is quite a lot of suggestions. I will take a look at these but I am much more of an RPGM fan than a VN fan. Do any of these have coed boxing or wrestling in them by any chance?

Nope, any game that has any kind of battle (Hime musha and Koito Ranma) is a girl vs girl battle while the protagonist plays a supporting role, and even then Hime musha doesn't show an actual fight just the Heroine uses a technique then the opposing side block/evade the hit or receiving it, it goes like this:






As for Koito Ranma, the battle barely has any effect but the Heroines will have lines each time they take damage and dialogues will differ depending on how much damage they receive, at the end of the battle you see a CG that determines the result of the battle:

I think BF is one of the stupidest things ever but I have a soft spot for this one due to the fact there's an epilogue for each heroine and it's quite good tbh.
