Enjoyed this game from start to finish although I don't condone rape Elliot got what was coming to her Alex is my favorite character now I will patiently wait for chapter ten

Happy Halloween!!! (2024)
Unlike our last public 4K render, Halloween is a more or less universal holiday, so everybody should be able to enjoy this post. The gang all decided to go all "superhero" this year, after admiring Alex's Supergirl outfit from the year before. Glenn originally wanted to wear Hela's costume. Try explaining to Glenn why Hela isn't exactly a "superhero" but, ah well.

Actually Alex did, but it was a dream thing when elliott is locked in the pillory and Alex is dressed in bondage gear, so pretty much Alex wanted to do it or might do it based off choices in ending of Ch.9 but sadly any sex with her won't be as enjoyable since something that was worth taking from her (her virginity) has already been taken by the asshat kevin.I really doubt Alex would resort to raping her sister...

It was a dream, so of course she did not. Also the dream was from Elliot, it had nothing to do with Alex.
Lastly i sincerally doubt anything along those lines will happen. Alex is pretty much locked in a poli route with her twin Chris and younger sister Sam.
She pretty much despises her older sister and even after the rape thing Elliot still shares some of the blame for what happened to Alex. I would bet on her going to jail or more likely staying in probation for her part on everything, being raped by another of the accused involved in Alex's sexual assault may serve as mitigating factor for her.

The dream was Alex's dream since it happens when Alex falls asleep after having sex with Chris. And the other thing I meant like the rape etc. done by Alex on elliott might still happen or whatever because at the end of Ch. 9 if you choose the Be Selfish option, elliott pretty much gives up after Alex tells her off and saying what's in it for me? And elliott strips off her shirt and says Alex can do anything she wants to her since she saw the way Alex looks at Chris and Sam and already lost her virginity to shithead kevin and the police don't know of her yet and prove to me, I shouldn't tell the police, and I'll make up my mind soon enough while leaving the room. Meaning if you go that path could mean Alex isn't done with her yet and might do sexual stuff to her if chosen by the player.It was a dream, so of course she did not. No, it's definitely Ellie's dream. I thought that was obvious by the fact that Ellie wakes up with a start, and acts so out of it the next morning.

Yes. Those links were removed everywhere last year when they screwed me. They kicked me off their service, never explained why, and withheld money that they owed me. So, I say, good riddance.
That's the plan. I've been working hard to get the final release out the door, then I'll tidy it up for Steam. That reminds me, I've got to get going on putting up a page so that people can wishlist it ahead of time...

Yes I can, although there have been precious few purchases compared to the number of times it was downloaded. I'm not allowed to quote dollar amounts, but it's amounted to 0.3% conversion rate on downloads. And a lot of those were $1 payments. I hate to say it, but I think that with my next title I'll either be going direct to Steam or going the "patronage services get better versions" route.

This is a surprisingly interesting VN! I would not have expected this to be my cup of tea, but it reads more like a drama than an erotic VN. I'm now at the start of chapter 3, and the story is actually interesting.
The only thing I changed in the .rpy files is to divide every dissolve and pause by a factor 3. The transitions and pauses were really excessive.

I agree with you. As an AVN, the TAGS don't really catch my attention. I downloaded the game because I found the premise of the story interesting, especially with the character being transgender and the potential focus on her life drama. I ended up becoming a fan. It's one of the few that I consider a true novela.

Though I find some of the characters a little too far-out (I mean, that Kevin dude is more of a cartoon villain than a character in a novel), I like that this game is taking its core subject(s) seriously. There's so much purely exploitative porn in the AVN genre when it comes to transgender, so a game like this is a refreshing and welcome exception.
It's also one of the few games that use flashbacks as a means to further the plot rather than to derail it. I was thoroughly entertained through the first nine chapters and will follow the updates.
I must say that the only thing that bugged me was the character models - although it's gotten a lot better (I'm a sucker for women with short hair, what can I say). In a lot of the shots, the characters look like they're suffering from prognathism (that forward lower jaw the Habsburgs famously had), and that's not very attractive to me (no kink-shaming intended ;-)).
I'm glad you're intrigued! Funny thing about the pacing of the presentation. The way I designed the flow for the story was meant for auto-advance. Since the first release, I've said that it ought to be experienced that way, much like a movie. I figured that the ability to turn off transitions would be enough to satisify people who just wanted to experience the content without my supposed attempt at panache. There are certainly areas where the progression lags a bit more than I'd like, and I'll fine-tune these when I do the commercial release prep. But I get that not everyone will like ⟪my⟫ take. I'll consider putting in some method to shorten these in the Steam release.
Wow! That's some collection. If I can get past my crippling Atelophobia, I should be able to get this up to Steam by this coming Spring.
Have you ever met any of these militant anti-LGBTQ+ right-wing crusaders? I have, and I believe I was a bit too kind in Kevin's portrayal. They tend not to be terribly intelligent, and reduce their hatred down to cold binary terms. Subtlety is not one of their strong suits.
This is my first VN. I had to learn Daz, Blender, Ren'Py, and python all at once and get much better with my Adobe app skills (which I've dropped now due to, well, Adobe). One of my original design goals was to avoid using stock models for the main characters, and I honestly should have taken more time at the beginning to flesh them out. Except for Zoey, who is a very minor alteration of Ziggie, the rest of the models are not ones you'd find for purchase. How many times have you seen VNs with Michael or Victoria slapped in main roles? One VN I saw recently had Michael in two different roles, where the only difference was their hair and clothing. I'm still a work-in-progress...I think I've gotten better in later chapters, but still appreciate the feedback. Thanks!
