They seem to be updating different worlds (Land of Dragons/Little Midgar)

If I remember correctly there was a vote for a world outside of disney that would be in the game at some point in the future. And Raven won

Save file before the trial. If you want the good ending, you have to buy the evidence from the cat. Alice is not pregnant. But you have time to fix it if desired
