From what I can tell, the game is only working if you use the Consensual Love.exe, not the WindowsFullscreen one, and click right when it makes a small boop sound.

Gonna try and make a small guide to this since it's a bit annoying to navigate.

To get with the spidergirl at the end, you should check your surroundings, drink the snake vial, and then coerce her to bite you.
