can you explain exactly how you got it to run? I click that one and it just wont work. what small boop? From what I can tell, the game is only working if you use the Consensual Love.exe, not the WindowsFullscreen one, and click right when it makes a small boop sound.
dude Explain step by step how I get this to work please.I ran Consensual Love.exe (not fullscreen) with compatibility at 640x480 once. It seems to work for some cases. I ran it again without compatibility and it worked after that too. What a mess.
Hey pal. None of the guides online really point me in the right direction with finding my current OpenGL version. I'm sure it can't be that hard. Not PMing because if I can't find it, others are having trouble too. I definitely have the newest drivers - GeForce experience makes damn sure to nag me until I do.YO. For the people having the opengl errors- I'm down to try to fix your shit. DM me your opengl version and gfx card info if you want. Game is in a custom engine so it still has a fuckton of compatibility issues. sry
Thanks, dude! I'm glad you liked.Hey pal. None of the guides online really point me in the right direction with finding my current OpenGL version. I'm sure it can't be that hard. ps - Your game is hilarious, good work
We did make this in 3 days as a prototype for Ludum Dare 42, future updates will have more content than standard VN stuff. Plus, we'll have more time for compatibility testing. Why would a person or, apparently, a committee of people select a custom engine for what is basically a visual novel?
If the game isn't detecting your monitor's resolution properly, you can manually set the window size by changing the Screen Mode to Default and then the 'Window Size'. Resolution only affects the render texture size. Attached is an example of creating a non-fullscreened window at 1280x720Game always shows only 1/4 or so of the screen in both standart and windowed fullscreen modes.
How do I fix this? I tried to change resolution in game.config file, but it didn't help.
sorry to report but even after downloading from itch a GL error still appears. Also, if you're having crashes on startup you should probably try the newer version on itch. It doesn't have any extra game content but it's intended to fix a lot of those errors (GL_ERROR and silent crashes on start).
