So 0.3 has a bug where mothers never have their "weekly" update functions called. So they never pay tuition, get new clothing or get their "forced vote" status removed. Also mothers could always afford tuition so I am not sure if it would trigger regardless.
That said it has been fixed in 0.31 and there are now ways to raise tuition prices and it should make some mothers unable or less able to afford it causing some of those events to trigger.
As for the threesome event I am not sure. That one should be working and it was triggering for me in testing. It is pretty rare however since it only checks one after the exam ends if it should be triggered.
EDIT: Ok the issue was the "during exam" events count towards when last a girl had triggered an event. I changed that, events should trigger more consistently now.

i noticed when a girl has 5 or more rule breaks you can discuss it with her aswell but when selecting it that convo never happens so i tired to add a paddling in but... not sure what i did wrong i will drop the traceback and the two possible clips.

Only one minus "-" must be in file name:
Minus (hyphen) separates the main tag from the secondary tags, which are only separated by commas

Are you using any modded mothers? Specifically the "Coco Lovecock + Dee Williams" mod? If use it's config is currently incorrect and will cause an error like that.

I think I am going to scale back the number of sponsors but try to make each more interesting. So maybe I can make a sponsor that goes from lingerie to bdsm equipment and finally a full on dungeon. Could also lock some special outfits behind this. These are all ideas, I am still in the planning phase.

Well 0.31 releases tomorrow! So those definitely won't make it into the next update xD
I did note all the ideas down though, the tutoring could replace the current home "training" giving it actual videos and interactions rather than just a menu option. The other two could make decent random events. Maybe the phone calls could also be triggered by the player, it would require some new mechanics because that currently isn't supported.
The next update is going to be mainly sponsor focused, I have not planned out the changes yet so I don't know what that will look like but probably fewer but much more interesting sponsors. I want each to have their own major "pay off" when reaching high/max contract level. Something like a brothel or BDSM dungeon, still no real idea about the gameplay loop leading up to that.
Do you think it'd be tricky to make the park interactive? Otherwise, great to hear the news about the update.
I hope you remember the suggestions made earlier on this topic? The main issue with sponsors right now is that they're too often a beginner's trap, given how difficult some sponsors are to fulfill compared to others.
Otherwise, I definitely think an examination of what the purpose behind photo sessions should be, given right now, they feel objectively worse than other methods as a way to make money, and they don't provide any benefits in the realm of corruption to be worthwhile on that front. This matters a lot given how connected to sponsors photo ops are, and how frustratingly useless they seem to be in the current game.

Not tricky just would mean a lot more content would need to be added for it to worth while, making it a "while on your walk to school you see X jogging in the park, do you want to approach her?" would be quick and easy and not take away from other areas that need more fleshing out like the teachers lounge.
Well this is going to be a complete rewrite, so there may only be 1 or two sponsors at the start but they will be much more interesting. I am not quite sure how I am going to tie the shoots/panties into them yet though. I still need to sit down and think about it but I want to get 0.31 out first.
That said 0.31 should be out sometime today, just working on some final things.
On a related note I have improved the video helper and it is already released but will be included in the 0.31 release.
