I just had the same issue once again, just this time it was during a regular threesome with a mother and a daughter, not during service favor. I'm thinking it can be an issue not with a specific video, but rather a memory leak bug in the player.
Your previous issue seem similar to one I have every now and then: when you fastforward during favour actions somtimes the game crashes, but I never had it happen during threesome actions.

For now it is an interesting game with these problems to solve to make it great :
UI:
1/ As every menu-driven game the common problem is to not having access to the informations when we need them, mainly as soon as a menu is opened. For example when we discuss with any NPC (girl or mother) not knowing their stats during the discussion is really frustrating.
It would be interesting to see at least the corruption value of any NPC we are talking with in a menu...
2/ Same for the player inventory when trying to give an item to a NPC. For example when gifting a NPC with a maid dress we don't know if she already have one. Surely due to age I'm personnaly unable to remember the gift I've done with 20+ girls...
3/ Some information are missing a lot on some screens. For example when looking at students with the computer we don't have see the number of reports the sudent have. We must look at it with the phone and come back to her on the computer to see the other informations.

The main problem will be the limit of free real porn images/videos available on the web, killing the interest of the game after a while (it's confusing and not interesting for the player to have many NPCs with the same image set.
The "events" :
I've seen you try to add "random events" in the game and in my mind it's not a very good choice if the game end in some sort of "event chaser", where player gameplay resume in "save / stand in office / pass time / reload / redo" waiting for an event to pop...
It would be better to let the player to try to launch events himself. 2 example :
1/ Arouse at max girls in the classroom without having the cumming and you have good chance to find the masturbating in some room after class (for now only in bathroom but you can add for example other rooms player can move to, maintenance room, ...)
2/ Permit the player to roam near houses at night, he could catch girls or mothers masturbating or even break in the house to retrieve money, forcing mother to come in office to pay tuition in other methods.
Just examples, there are many.
The stats :
For now the only one I've seen having an impact on the gameplay are corruption and naturism, the others are not really usefull as soon as you have a corruption system so heavy, already including everything. There is no need of "fear" or "discipline" if a full corrupted girl do anything we ask...
If you want something elaborated change the corruption system to a calculated stat including fear+discipline : submission = (fear+discipline) / 2, and insert methods to train discipline and fear (blackmail or threat for example)
Naturism and affection are different as they are used for girls to choose what to wear, event if I'm doubtful of their interest in such a game where to goal if to transform girls in sexbots but at least it introduce the carebear part useful to calm the patreons...
Other stats (like intellect) have no interest while rooms in schools are just placeholders to store girls to free places in classrooms. If a real training system is integrated, other than incrementing the cum numer, some non-sex stats could be useful.

There is a lot of work to transform a "galery system" in a real game but I hope these are some ideas

UI: Good suggestions and I will be sure to resolve them.
Events: Like the suggestions, technically adding goals like that to trigger events should be possible. As for players choosing an event to trigger, I have plans on implementing a system to allow it in the future.
Stats: I agree completely, the stats are overly complicated and under utilized. It is an area I want to improve for sure. This includes the girls going from "Absolutely not! to Hell yes!" with no inbetween. The required stats for max acceptance is around 40% of what it could be, mainly because I don't have the inbetween stuff done yet.
Exam: This is close to the original outline for the next update but sponsors have taken its spot for now. I will revisit exams at a later date. I also wanted the girls to need a certain "teaching skill" to be assigned as teachers and would need to be trained.
Anyways, there are a lot of areas that need work and I am 1 person, so I am trying to slowly bring each area that is lacking up in quality.

I miss the community works before the mirage of "patreon system" came making everybody hoping easy money, quality is better than quantity
Some things I was thinking about for this
1) It would be cool to get the ability to negotiate an action if it fails, like if you try to take their shirt and they say no, you could have the option to say ok how about for a hint, or some money, or I forget about one rule break.
2) It would be cool to have some content related to the tags like if the girl is broke and you offer her money for some action and she says no then later you could bring it up to the mom how you tried to offer her some money but she turned it down and then the mom gets mad at her and if the girl has low stats she could defend it by saying what it was in exchange for and if the mom is not corrupt she gets angry at you, or if she is corrupt she gets even more mad at her daughter and offers to do it herself if the deal is still on the table.
3) There should be some system to use rule breaks from daughters to cancel out your violations for angry mothers.
4) With the tuition system there should be events when mothers come to you to offer to do photoshoots or go further than they normally would in exchange to help out with tuition.
5) Replace the strict cap on number of clothes you can confiscate and replace with each piece has a value so money becomes the cap because that makes more sense and makes money more valuable.
6) Add the ability to confiscate clothes from either the daughter or the mother in exchange for forgiving rule breaks.

I just had the same crash when fucking a girl during an exam. I'm starting to seriously consider a possibility something is wrong on my end.
I have recently upgraded to Win11. This might be a root cause. Looking forward to perform the tests you write.
Just a thought, could you reinstall/redownload your codecs? BolHex and I were discussing this on Discord and I brought up that its possibly something wonky with your codecs. No idea if thats right, but its worth a shot and no harm in reinstalling/updating them. It is entirely up to you, but the K-Light codec pack is my go to.
If you are interested in giving this a shot, my preferred method of install is through Ninite.

Not sure if anyone else posted this, but the one-on-one sex scenes with girls/moms is easily exploitable. I'm talking about the sex scenes where you can choose a girl's bodypart and it ends when you cum.
There's no time limit to it, so if you're patient enough you can max out a girl's corruption in one sitting. Even for really skittish girls, grab boobs adds no pressure so you can just spam that. The girl orgasming will also reduce pressure so you can weave better actions (besides the ones that make you cum) into the loop to speed up her corruption.
I think time passes while this is going on so it does basically take your whole day, but that's a small price to pay for a fully corrupt mom. The event where you pay the girl $250 for the minigame can happen really early, and I think walking in on the mom's masturbating can occur pretty early too.
I feel like a time limit or a girl's energy meter mechanic could help this exploit. Sorry in advance if someone already mentioned it.

I am aware, I am probably going to move it over to a time based system like exams. But your idea of labeling it as "energy" is a good idea, also opens the possibility of raising the player's energy stat.
This game certainly seems like one of the best in its genre, there's a lot of potential here and I'm eager to see what else you add to it going forward.
That being said I will echo a few things I've seen others say;
It's currently a little too easy to flip a girl to do anything. I had two girls fully willing to let me do almost anything within the first week and the entire PTA under my control within just two/three weeks even without needing to exploit the sex system.

Detailed changelog below, but included is an expansion of the clothing mod (from 540 images to 828 images), additions to the footjob mod, both in function and with videos and finally adding to the generic videos (from 140 videos to 228 videos) to to help with the new clothing types. I also fixed the messed up zip pathing so they should be easier to install.
As usual, please alert me of any issues encountered. I am still working to get the videos to match properly.. sorry if sometimes a bikini video plays when she's in a skirt. I am working on that. I am planning to have that dramatically improved for V3.
Notes:
Compatible with Dexell rules expansion mod.
You should delete the old videos mod due to some name changes to avoid duplicate videos in your mod folder. It wont hurt anything, but you may see some videos more often than others and it takes up space. The other two, just copy over them replacing files.
