I have never been able to use UnrenPy and I DL the latest version should I use this or just play it as it is I dunno I just wanna find out?
I wouldn't be surprised if another factor in poll results was the tags and talk about the game as it is. There's an audience that exists already, with certain likes, and that poll is catching that audience. Some things on the poll aren't in the tags or in the game, so the sort that would vote for those entries might not be strongly represented by those taking the poll here.No kink "wins", so to speak.
Poll is mainly to look at the spread of how much people care about certain stuff.
I mean, foot play is always dead last at the bottom of the polls and it got content anyway (bar dates)
And if Arc followed the polls all the time we would only get pregnancy stuff.
Stuff like Futanari or Femboy are a bit too controversial with the game's general audience, so unless they get a sizeable increase in votes, they might not even make it into the game.
I'm actually a bit weirded out on how well it does, I've not seen many people actively asking about it...

One thing I never got info on, is how many people are actually voting.
Because patrons are already a small sample size of the audience.
Then you have the fact that only $5 tier and up can vote, and most people just go for the $1 tier for the early access.
Sample size gets smaller and smaller when you take into account that not everyone that can vote actually ends up voting.
Either way, I reckon the polls are mostly for the sake of engagement rather than actually wanting to know certain stuff.

If you're having problems with unrpa and python you may want to try UnRen.bat v0.91
Extracting the rpa files isn't required to play the game but it does let you tinker with stuff. You can download the apk file, change the extension to zip, and get the files that way too.

I am sorry to hear that for me sexy games need it along with a good story and render and animations well I will say it has everything I like in a game well mostly but without the sexy sounds like so many other games it comes up short for me which is sad for me anyway as they are often really good. So you can't meet the woman until you progress with Emma and unlock the college. If you can't check on Emma try during a different timeslot (maybe the night)
Also that other thing where you have to go somewhere else first and then come back, it doesn't count if you go out to the map and hit the place you were in.
