If you want a benchmark on how fast you need to be in early game with close to perfect play. on day 15 there is an interview event that changes depending on how far cores are broken on girls. You get the most out of it when all t2 cores are broken by turn 15. If you can reach this level of proficiency in unrestricted break - you can move onto distortions i would say.I'm kinda getting the drill now. Started a new game, now at day 31 but this time I got everyone up to G and even T levels in trauma. Got them into an endless cycle of surrounds at some point which is REALLY OP. Didn't even think of that because I didn't realise that evacuation and the other thing isn't going up when everyone is surrounded.
By the way in case of resistant Chosen such break might not be possible, in the time frame. but in general if core looks like ---/- it should be breakable by turn 15. another point to look at is how much trauma damage you deal to core stat with normal actions. if it's 70/80 (without upgrades) it means that it is breakable 85-90 is unlikely 90-100 is extremely unlikely.
For early game
1) Make sure to prolong each battle as long as you can. Number of turns affect how fast new Chosen arrive. You can have 3 of them by the start of turn 7.
2) Make sure that as each new girl appears you deal 200 of any kind of trauma onto her, so she provides 1 EE right away.
those points make early game EE economy much easier.
