To get a loop without a time limit, you'll need to use cheats to roll back the day before you reach the final battle (i.e. day 50 in single scenario or loop 1). Also, basic attacks such as slime or taunt are riskless when it comes to distortions, feel free to pelt the chosen with them depending on what status you need. The "hiding" action refers to one of the actions the chosen will use to cope with the trauma you will continually inflict upon them. Like Karnewarrior said above, just avoid using punisher actions that break distortion (available when when the chosen reaches a specific threshold of status and you specifically select the option). Also note that some specialist commander types will break distortion depending on the matchup. Since you are new to the game, I would recomend either using the day roll back cheat to learn the game without a time limit until you can win without its use (in 50 days) or follow one of numerous guides that can be found in this thread.Yeah sorry I'm just starting out, I meant commanders, and yes I meant without a time limit. I'm not really sure what a lot of the terminology means, I tried searching through the thread but there are a lot of pages and the search function provides a lot of non-relevant results. Like whatever Distortions are, my first chosen has listed: "Innocence/Dignity Distortion: Do not break Innocence or Dignity (hiding is okay)," does that mean I don't want to use slime or taunt attacks on her? Because those are her two biggest weaknesses, and I'm not sure what "hiding" is referring to.
Cheats may not be immediately available, so you need to go to options to enable them if my memory isn't failing me.
