For some reason I can't conquer Vicksburg, and I have no idea how to recruit assassins appear as undefined.

I first played Corrupting the circle and it was really fun. This one is too, probably better!
I have an issue, I play in French.
It's at the Krizza's Arc.
It begins well, describing the issue to Xeona. After that, I have the link to see how it goes for Krizza
It continues well also with the "magicienne" asking for materials:
And then arrives the moment to provide and nothing!
The end of the week after, it asks again but no link too.
And after two weeks, it's a fail, I think:
Am I doing something wrong or is it a bug?

Having a save before conquering the Renrick communities is a good way to see all the endings.

Well I have checked, the problem came from your side. The event of Krizza capture give you the first demand made by Delilah and you didn't have any new one because you didn't comply with the first.
You can do it with a special action in the fortress.
I won't lie, I was really freaked out when I found how buggy your situation was. Fortunatly, it was easier to fix than to understand the origin.
To keep it short, assassins stuff was not supposed to be available if you fail Ipia's arc. It messed up with some values during invasions. It has been fixed and you are free to go with your save.
Sorry for the inconvenience.
It works fine and I reach, unfortunately, a bad end.

Advice to avoid bad end : invade Renrick last.

After I click on "Aller au cercle druidique d'Elys" in the next page there's this:
And on this page, I have both type of reaction, Elys corrupted and not. Probably due to the bugs.
For my bad ending, I have attacked Renrick last but probably have not done all because I saw that I missed the incubus.
I will continue

I think the poster is asking how to make it useful like the other territory conquered.
I have only that and ranrick communities left to conquer and always get the elf city empty
And also seem to be stuck in a loop corrupting the mage order
