U can have some fun with the fat woman in in the elevator. And as for sophia, well its kind of tricky, u have to turn jenny and nicole into slaces then on weekends meet them in the living room of your house and select the option to meet your grandmother

most likely you are close to the end with them so keep corrupting the student body on mondays until you can give the principal another dose of your "medicine" and than try again
Found a bug. Every time i try to give a potion to Sophia, the games takes me back to the main menu.

...there is a bugfix here... I think somewhere along the last 10 pages (hard to tell since repeated questions/reports of this have blown up the thread since it's release)

Sophia is grandma and can be started when both Sis and Mom are made a slave.
You can then visit grandma with them by going to the living room in the morning.
After this first visit, you can then start visiting to give her potions
