I had the same bug during my game play. To correct it, I ended up using the Ren'py save editor to correct the "slave_mi" variable from "4" to "1". Hopefully this bug will get fixed on the next release.

lol I'm not great in English but I war sure author is american or something like this. This game language is much better than several other's, like KungFuGrandKing. Fantastic game but translation is really awful even for me, not well English-speaking Russian

Just few words to inform you that I updated my mod, Better Experience, for the last update.
It don't needed many change by itself, but I had two issues that had to be addressed as fast as possible. Full changelog for this update available here.

How do I get all the teachers together for the staff meeting? says all teachers are in class everytime after I click staff meeting

Yeah, you need to corrupt the students and teachers before you can do that part. Go there monday morning and use the gas potion at least once.
ok thanks again devian, I think I am done with the game just repeats itself everywhere, and cant do anything with the news lady
you don't have to use some editor. Just open the console, and correct the value by typing slave_mi = 1
ane voila- fixed. Or you can ignore the bug, and just go to the jail section to advance the story.
Oh for bug tracking- each time you do the "make her a slave" routine, it adds one to that value... so it might be 2, or 7, etc, depending on how many times you paid for the slave routine.. before you get it fixed. you can use the command "watch slave_mi" if you are curious what it came to.
The news one requires you to watch tv first, then go there I think in the morning.

I don't think there was a certain day (though might be weekday?), it was a time of day thing I believe (maybe afternoon?)... Did it tell you something about it when you watched TV?
If you are still not getting it, you might need something else to trigger it, the fast food place, the granny, the friend's mom, casino, not that I thought that was connected, but you never know...
