Depends on how far along you are. Like the others, you have to corrupt her far enough, though you also have to corrupt the whole school for hers.

You need to enslave everybody possible but most importantly, Heather. Then, (and I'm not sure) I think you have to talk to Heather.
It's good for a little bit (and you don't even get that much money from it) but don't expect too much. It's actually sorta disappointing IMO.

1) Yes you can only interact with the grand mother only after you make both of then slave cause they will help you
2) For that you might have to corrupt him even more only then you will able to get the casion VIP card ( In order to corrupt him first corrupt the AUNT/COUSINS then it will be done)
