Probably because you downloaded the heavy version which is still not updated to 2.40

I'd suggest waiting on the heavy version since it's higher quality, but if you can't wait, just download the lite version, right under the first download link, it says either lite or heavy.....

In the changelog it says that the newscaster has 2 bathroom scenes but for the life of me i cant figure out how to get to them?
