Probably because you downloaded the heavy version which is still not updated to 2.40

I'd suggest waiting on the heavy version since it's higher quality, but if you can't wait, just download the lite version, right under the first download link, it says either lite or heavy.....

You guys are right, the file was bugged. Not sure why it worked for me (something with my save ig) but here's the fixed resident file. Just plop these bad boy(s) in the "game" folder and it should work now. Let me know if it doesn't.

edit: didnt save changes before attaching -_-

Have these bugfixes been incorporated into the main game yet? If not why not? dev doesn't give a shit? Do we still need to install these fixes as of game update version 2.40?
