Its there something that triggers their apparition? They dont seem to appear in my game.

Corrupting the band, and doing the porn shoots there, is what unlocks them, you need to finish most of the events with the photographer. They ask you to find 2 more members. That is them.

most likely cuz i started a new game and did all of the events needed still nothing either im missing something or its a bug
You guys might want to look up, and read the conversation before you. Might be best not to start over if you have them unlocked already (assuming even that will help).
