I had the same issue and installed qbittorrent. It worked for me.
It works only on certain torrent software.

The game gets worse and worse since 2.30...first that optional sharing with that loser justin, then the unavoidable whore widow, then the unavoidable fat daughter blowing her father, then an unavoidable threesome were the wife blows her cucks dick and now even forced sharing of 2 or 3 girls (dunno because i reloaded right away, dont want to see such stuff) in order to make them MY slaves? When you try to load a save file do you get an error like this -
"I'm sorry, but an uncaught exception occurred.

That is usually fixed with the Lib and Renpy folders being copied and pasted. Try the files at these links -
