anyone knows how to use "Knock somebody up " I already slave everyone on the hospital but when I ask about this to the nurse she doesnt give me options, just appear nothing, and also the new scene of pregnancy mothers in park how can I see it?

You visit Dr and escort her on visit and you then have fun with pregnant woman and then option to make women pregnant.
You also have to visit Utopia Private Room and do pet play with Nun Maria which happens in the park.
Then the option to Knock Up Park Mothers will appear at front desk.

when this option of getting pregnant women in the park becomes available, I thought it would be possible to get pregnant all the sex slaves the guy has...

I would say this will eventually happen. But as so far only side characters can become pregnant, so my guess is, it will likely be one of the last updates where the main slaves can be impregnated.

I realized that after I played and the secondary characters got pregnant, and I thought it would be amazing to do that with the main characters, because even if it happened to one of them, it would be like an interesting spoiler of the path the game is taking.

If Dr's mother is not in the lobby with the nurses, it sounds like you have not corrupted her enough when you had to visit Dr on Tuesday and Thursday.
If that is the case you may have locked her out and would need to return to an earlier save and then go to the Dr's office on another day (not Tuesday or Thursday and then you would meet her when she is arguing with her daughter.
I am tired of it. Played it so many times but grandmother (sophia) ivent with mom and sis never trigerd in living room was never trigerd.
And it drives me crazy though game is good.

I'd like to see this get a revamp, either with the updated version of Honey Select or DAZ3d to make better looking character models. Maybe less grindy too. But I do like the game a lot.

Just thinking about the amount of rework it would take is... Wow. That would take a suckton more work. But it may be worth it in the end. I'd prefer the updated HS rather than switching wholesale to Daz3D.

1: i have corrupted the friends mother and her family but when i have a good bye scene with slapping her butt. she wear jeans and so the old clothes not the clothes she wear when i visit the apartment.
2: I have also a problem when i try to make a campaign speech with scarlett and daughter. i can click on it but then they dont show off at the building. i am at the mayor mansion and i have the option to talk to the maid or mother and daughter to make only a tv interview. my rating is stucked at 40% but i can call each for a speech but not scarlett and daughter.
3: another question you can see by some female memeber the star level of corruption. it shows by some female characters only 3 of 5 stars. i have no option to make it higher. is this the current level or have i missed some option.

I have no answer for point 1.
There are two campaign speeches for mayors family, the first is outside townhall, so you should have already had that when you decided to become mayor. The second is the tv campaign interview.
The mayors family corruption should be about 3 or 4 stars, (I think 3, but I am using AON's mod and that uses original numbers format, so they are showing as 120.)
Not everyone is fully corrupted at the moment, so you should have some at 3, 4 or 5 stars. 5 Stars means they can be enslaved and at this time that is Mother, Sister, Megan & Emily (Neighbours), Maria (Nun), Michelle (Police Officer), Heather (Cafe Boss), Mrs Simpson (Teacher), School Principal & Family, Aunt Julia & Family
