Honestly? Skill issue. I played through all these games as a pure human and it feels great to do so. Like yeah I'm just a boring plain human, yet I'm still kicking the shit out of everything that's bigger than me because THE MIGHT OF THE IMPERIUM.
I've made it a point in RPGs, especially this one to play as a human with no body modifications whatsoever. Why? In the words of my paladin character: "FOR THE MAN-EMPEROR OF MANKIND!!! EVERY HERETIC DEMON SHALL BURN IN HIS HOLY FIRE!!!"

If I had to suggest a solution though? Make it so that combat TFs make it so you lose a bit of touch with your "inner self" so to speak, making you more susceptible to lust damage and mind altering effects. That way it'd be an actual trade-off and there'd be merit to playing someone who doesn't have that stuff so that they're good against enemies that use lust attacks and whatnot.
This is what corruption and libido used to be in CoC.

try to actually avoid Karryn getting corrupted. I purposefully lost two times because I got literally 0 sex content and it snowballed into her being a massive slut
How did she became a slut if you avoided doing any sex content?... I don't know the systems, but it sound unusual.

That is a fair point, funnily enough I think TiTs sort of stumbled upon the answer in on itself?
Some TFs unlock perks which give you an edge in game mechanics/playstile and once unlocked these perks tend to stick with you even if you change race by further TFs later on, like the Myr's red venom, or the Pheromone Cloud from the Treatment, or the Limber from Catnip, honestly the flying and ice-immunity ones I named are likely one of the few that do require you to stay in a certain form to keep them.
Cold immunity is the only essential trait, which could be bypassed by heat belt or gray goo armor. Maybe also several pps of different sizes, for scene hunting purposes. Everything else is just an option, because other traits creates little to no impact on the game.

In a game that is about roleplaying and making your own character, customization is a key. Feeling like you are gimping yourself just because you wish to remain a human is probably something most players would want to avoid. This isn't like Fashion Souls, where game allows you to ignore the stats due to actual skill and dress how you want.
To use the fur giving you ice-buffs as an example, there's usually multiple ways to skirt around having to have fur. For example, an item you can equip is basically a radiator to keep you warm. If you have the Goo Armor Nova, you can teach her how to give off heat so she can warm you up and free up your equipment slot.

And it's important to have things like "An area where you can't just wander around in your skinnies" in an RPG, because it makes you feel immersed.

Meanwhile in CoC2, you're just super cold/probably extremely dark areas like "This is fine," which makes the Glacial Rift feel no different from the Orc territories.
This is the main reason I can't get into the game and how I'm baffled everybody loves it so much. I can stomach the "wow I don't want this but it feels good" rape, but not the "kicking crying and screaming" kind of rape which that game does the latter it seems like.

I'm going to be put on a watch list for saying that but oh well.
I enjoy it but at the same time I don't. I think it's because it's easy to want to make sure your PC is safe and taken care of, and to try and take care of your friend. Like I like the game and its mechanics, but at the same time it gets too upsetting sometimes. Also having trauma kinks like me helps lmfao
It's not that hard, you just have to use your noggin a bit. Word of advice: try to actually avoid Karryn getting corrupted. I purposefully lost two times because I got literally 0 sex content and it snowballed into her being a massive slut that I have to fuck everybody to get anything done.
Skill issue, git gud. Power level into Slut, and every blowjob lasts one turn. KP is stupid complex with that shit, like using the Rock/Paper/Scissors system is just a noob trap and you should try to focus on one of the damage types for the most part.

The dungeon is very Tobs.
Though on the plus side Atugia et all have things to actually say for once.
The wordlock is incredibly simple upon seeing the letters alone but, whoever made the riddle sucks at riddles.

Etheryn new set is uh...
I mean besides it not having an encounter skill

It's uh

It's uh...
Anyways this is mostly a meme. Imps are highly resistant to this damage type. (it usually does 45-55ish damage instead)
No clue why the set is missing an encounter skill though.

Souls

Only really true in first cycle DeS and I guess DaS3.
DaS 1, 2, and ER all want you to wear gear and the balance is tuned accordingly. ER is particularly bad about this as everybody and anybody that is even passively interested in PvP wear the same 4 pieces.
The option to that kind of gameplay isn't a limitation of player options but a working transmog system.
Unless you're playing Bloodborne. Bloodborne is a good boy.

Previous "problems" with TFs
You don't have permission to view the spoiler content. Log in or register now.

CoC2 doesn't have that. On top of having significantly less TF options in general your TF choices are quite literally cosmetic only and are in general not referenced or used at all in intimate scenes. Can't be a taur, slime, or naga even for cosmetic flavor. Can't have unique tails. Can't have unique wings. Oh NPCs can have them. You can't. Companions can have them. You can't. Want Dragon Breath? Go mirror stance it off of a boss. You are THE most mutable person in the games setting and your options are jaw droopingly limited in options.

Balance in CoC2
CoC2 is the last game that should even think about trying to balance around difficulty. You can auto battle this game into submission even on dark difficulty up to and including every single boss with the exception of Alissa who needs you to manually select one (1) ultimate ability for her second "phase". And thanks to them overbuffing the Dawnsword, not even then.

With Dawnsword as a tangent, they keep tying more and more abilities to equipment. There's literally best in slot options for leadership builds and all builds that use them WILL be using these same items. (Talk about gear diversity)
If you want deflection you're using Dawnsword, which would already be a good sword without it and is (now) batshit bananas with it because whoever is balancing the game sucks at their job and can't possibly quantify why providing the player under certain conditions to become virtually immortal might not be a good idea.
Refer all the way back to first image. The only possible use of the poison pitful damaging poison being synergies with Hex.
Anytime I hear "balance" being brought up in reference to CoC2 I do a full body wince.

Edit: Jeeze. I need to get better at shortening my posts.

I wear the good ol' banished knight set, I've never run a bleed build before because I'd have to wear that ugly mask to stay competitive. Strength/Faith is the way to go for me, got the Elden Bling, oonga boonga, and majestic lightning incantations.

Armor in bloodborne is actually pretty strong, mostly for resistances to poison/frenzy. Granted though the lack of weight does give you a lot more freedom regardless of your build.

Thanks for recommendations! I have heard of a few of them. Karryn I've heard is excellent, but just reading the Steam description alone, while based, did scare me a bit with how straight to the point it about the difficulty. If CoC is diablo, then KP is fucking Path of Exile. And DoL feels a bit too heavy and dark for me, but maybe that's just the few parts I saw. But I'll make sure to check the other ones if I ever feel like spending hours on a porn game instead of a regular game.
The last sovereign is a great porn rpg if you looking for a good story

I've never liked Mayternity, having an entire month of content solely devoted to a single fetish is just awful...

Honestly, same, thought I am a bit surprised that this is something that most of the team is willing to do. One guy focusing on his favorite fetish for a month is normal. An entire team sharing this entusiasm? That's something alright.

Mm, it does kinda suck knowing nothing in this month will be of interest to me. Good for the preg fetish folks though, anything to keep them from ending up like that Dutch bloke who fathered 500-600 children.

Pretty sure they added the anal-only bunny during mayternity. So this year there might also be something added besides pregnancy.

Delusional me is still waiting for Shar.
