Looks to me like this was just a case of "dealing with mods on our forum is just not worth the effort", because at the end of the day most users will never install a single mod.

Except there's a whole section of the forum dedicated to mods and external programs for original CoC.
Mods aren't allowed for CoC2 and TiTS specifically.

She's the product of her mother using drugs to trap her "husband" and rape him for kids, raising their daughters to go out at a young age to use violence and addictive milk to entrap mates. Marble tells you stories in which she realises her mother would cut her father off if he ever tried to disagree with her, and he went into immediate withdrawal.

That's not mods, that was their vision, the furry characters grow to maturity in weeks. They knew what they were doing.

Only way I can understand his sentiment. Is if it was made earlier in development. So it was a I don't know if this will work out situation. But even then, demons/villains/succubi type shit is some of the most lewded crap on the interwebz. People romanticize the fuck out them things. Only way she would've flopped is if the writing put a cape on and became Super Ass. But even then, people would at least still bump all the uglies with her. It's a porn game, that should be the ultimate win in the end.

Unless.... he was concerned about her added log and coconuts? Ok now I'm curious. What was this game like in the earlier stages? Was futa originally like CoC1? Something out there but not as numerous, then became more prominent? Or was this game all about the twig and berries from the jump?

I'd say that's understandable but good communication would help with that. And even then, having a shitfit on modding as a whole over a bad actor is a pretty idiotic move. I mean, what kind of little bitch would...

Uh, not as big of a distinction as you're making, seeing as they did not need to write that. They did not need to make it so the characters rapid age to maturity. Someone made the conscious choice that, for no real reason, Marble the milk-cow, needed to be 12 years old, instead of just saying, you, know, that she's 20.

But it's common for fantasy setting to distinguish non humans from humans based on how differently they age. Like some races may be considered kids eventho they'd be an adult if human.

Man when I saw that, I was confused as hell. I only recently played CoC1 and played the hgg version. I know about the kiddly diddly stuff but! Folks said it was all optional and it was a continuation of some other expanded mod. So seemed like the obvious choice. But when I saw her mention her age. I hit them brakes and went to check I ain't let nothing slip through. But nope, all canon.

With that said.... it didn't stop me from falling for the character and breeding her.... oh fuck

Yeah they've had so many different writers with different philosophies. I'm not sure if those are a case of someone who wanted to write a fantasy world with some sex vs someone who wanted plausible deniability in writing kids having sex. I tend to believe it's the former.

From the early versions I can remember there were Eryka, Kas, Anna, generic manticore, one of the elf troupe characters, the dream statue, Arona, Ryn, Atani's futa guards... That's actually quite a lot (more than original CoC ever had I believe).
And then they started ramping it up by releasing more futas, like Evergreen.
CoC2 was a futa festival from the very start.

Sophie was a harpy random encounter in the mountains. Aside from impregnating her repeatedly, you could recruit her and/or turn her into a bimbo.
She lays eggs, and kids that have already hatched build their nests around the camp.
Similar to how Phylla's kids build an ant-hill near the camp.
