It's a good revision. He has the full doc with the fight scene and the consequences for victory (or defeat, but I think you have to basically click Surrender to lose to him).

Ah yes such a wide range of tastes such as: Do you wanna sit in the cuck chair or just let it happen in the background, do you want your futadom to have a horsecock or human cock, and a secret third option that is don't play the game.

CoC1 had options and tastes. Maybe not all encompassing but there was options even before mods. CoC2 is just whatever savin's been jorking it to that month. Write it yourself he said? Too bad the review process hamstrings what he doesn't like. And his likes are a niche NTR subgenre and futadom but that ain't how it's marketed. I like futadom but if I wanted a game dedicated to it I'd go play one that is clearly focused on that. This promises RPG mechanics and transformations and corruption but brought by the guy who hates that stuff.

While I'm definitely among those not interested in Cait, I can sympathize to some degree with those who still want more out of her. After all, in all three games only TiTS has proper catgirl romantic interest. All the more sad then that there was another idea for Cait:

Starts off innocent enough but escalates to propositions for sex. Maybe after a certain number of denials they snap. Or replace denials with fucking them, but they want more and you saying no. If you camp out in the overworld, maybe depending on if the spot is safe or not. You get champnapped and taken somewhere.

Then they go all Misery on yo ass.

Nice premise, ngl, would be wasted on these guys though. The whole rabid fan turning to demon hood to try and get approval is very endearing. I'm not gonna lie. It's actually a pretty cool premise. But the thing about it is you need character for the fan to bounce off of and the problem with the champ is that we don't get any dials to twist for us players. So there's no personality to connect with from both a player perspective and a writer perspective.

Esdeath my beloved <3 ... I named the Frostwrym in my TiTs play through after her. Akame ga Kill! may be babby's first dark manga but she awakened my love for evil women. I already was predisposed to strong women, but Esdeath got me down bad for unabashedly evil bitches. That series had so many bombshells in it, thinking back.

Keyword is in my first post, "personalized". Youre playing with other peoples creations, not your own OCs. Ergo, you cant expect every npc to evolve in the direction YOU WANT them too.

Which is how every single game works, so the expectation for it to follow your own individual head canon is ridiculous.

Okay...? I get that it's up to the writers to write what they want to write for their characters. I'm pretty sure most people here understand that. I do at least. But that doesn't stop me from criticizing them or the direction they take their characters. Just because something is the writer's vision doesn't make it gospel.

This is the equivalent of someone saying "Don't like it don't read it!" which on it's own is sound advice, but is ultimately just shutting down discourse. When you post something online for the public to see, they are free to have as many differing takes as there are about it. And you, the writer, are free to take the criticism to heart or just outright ignore it.

You also can't just tell people pointedly, "Don't headcanon this, or write that!" I mean, you can. You can also take legal action if someone tries to claim your characters as their own, or profit off of them, but you cannot force people to not write your characters in their own interpretation. I've said many times there are some characters that I'm just straight up not attracted to. Whether due to their bust, the fetish their geared towards, their body type, etc. If I mod CoC II myself, I won't touch them at all. So I hope you're not trying to frame this as all criticism leveled at Savin and friends are just angry contrarians who want every character to tailored to them. Because that would be the peak of bad faith.

Honestly a very cool premise regardless. Would be a breath of fresh air since there's so many ways to tackle this one.

The achievements are a trigger, but like I said, you need character. The problem with the personality parser is that it's very vague when it comes onto personality. It doesn't really give you anything. What the f*** does pure mean?Does it mean good? Pure doesn't necessarily mean good. It just means that i'm not corrupted, but I can be a complete evil psychopath and not be corrupt. It's styled like you're supposed to be a goody 2shoes who's our hero, but their backgrounds don't necessarily state that. The problem is that they didn't establish a personality or at the very least aspects that can be used for personality traits for the character. I could point out Fallout New Vegas and Disco Elysium that give multiple aspects for personality or Mass Effect that gives you a character but allows you to lean into one of two aspects of that character. Coc2 does none of that.

Alright I went back and looked at my old femborc that got rejected and he may be salvagable. Here is his appearance blurb for those interested.

I for one would enjoy that. I'm bi and like twinks and femboys. There is a distinct lack of content around them in the game, and I think that's a shame. I get that the core team isn't really into them so much, but a man can dream.

This game has less scope and variety than the first game, it's so much more narrow and monotonous in terms of fetishes and characters. It's all hypersluttery and futadoms with this game.
